St. Lucia Youth Conference

Dates: July 17-22, 2025
Location: St. Lucia Sports Academy
Approx. Cost: $200 (registration covers camp and housing cost) + airfare.

This summer, we’re inviting youth pastors and a few of their key student leaders to come alongside Caribbean youth pastors to serve at IBYC youth camp in Beautiful st. Lucia. This powerful week-long event is all about building up the next generation with grit, grace, and strong Christian character. It’s not just camp it’s a cross-cultural partnership that equips students to make godly choices, form lasting friendships, and grow in Christ. Come serve, encourage, and be inspired as you invest in what God is doing among youth across the Caribbean.

Converge Brasil Conference

Dates: Dates: September 18-20, 2025
Location: São Leopoldo, Brasil
Cost: $1,750 (includes airfare, lodging, meals, and transportation).

In recent years, Converge Brasil has experienced a powerful wave of new church plants, creating a vibrant and growing gospel movement. The upcoming Converge Brasil Conference brings together pastors from across the region for encouragement, training, and unity. This is a unique opportunity for U.S. pastors to speak into a young, Spirit-led movement—through workshops, breakout groups, and personal connection. While Portuguese is the primary language, many pastors speak English, making mutual encouragement possible.

This trip supports local pastors and church leaders on Grand Bahama Island through two-day biblical training seminars and Sunday church preaching. By providing accessible theological education in a post-hurricane, spiritually vulnerable context, this initiative strengthens the church’s foundation and helps leaders build gospel-centered, resilient communities.

Dominican Republic Church Partnership Missions

Location: Santiago, Dominican Republic

Grace River Church will be ministering to and with their Haitian church partners on this trip. It will include both a Medical clinic and a roof construction project for one of the churches, as well as serving and ministering to the people who are part of these local congregations, and continuing to develop their ongoing partnership.

Haiti Mission Trips Paused—But Our Prayers and Support Continue

Due to the current travel advisory from the U.S. Department of State, we have paused all trips to Haiti. The security situation is extremely volatile, with widespread gang violence, civil unrest, and limited access to essential services.
