The Converge Cornerstone Fund has been committed to partnering with churches since 1954. We have helped to start and strengthen churches by mobilizing kingdom resources and equipping Converge churches. The Cornerstone Fund offers a variety of investment vehicles such as Term, Demand Investment, Traditional and Roth IRAs and Church Savings Investment. Your investment will be used to provide mission-critical funding in the form of first mortgage loans to help Converge churches purchase land or existing facilities, refinance existing mortgages or build from the ground up. Together, with our investors, last year we financed 550,000 square feet of new ministry space. That is nearly 10 football fields’ worth of worship space, fellowship halls, classrooms, offices and outreach centers.

Since 1967, Converge Retirement Plan has provided members of the clergy and church staff members a way to provide for some of their retirement income needs. We have helped meet the retirement needs of thousands of people who have served in ministry and ministry support roles. During our history, our carefully managed fund has seen increased assets and even during severe down turns in the economy, we have faithfully kept our promise of providing the monthly retirement benefits to our participants.
